How it works
1. Apply for approval. Fill out a short intake form linked below or post-purchase in your order confirmation email. If approved, TrueMed will email you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 24 hours.
2. Get reimbursed. Submit every GEM receipt as they come or wait until the end of the year to submit your receipts in bulk. Whatever is easiest for you!
3. Send receipts. Send your LMN with the receipt in your order or shipping confirmation email.
*Remember, FSA dollars do not roll over, so be sure to use them before December 31st!
FAQ
Approved account holders can use their Letter of Medical Necessity for up to 12 months. After that, you must reapply.
No, past GEM orders cannot be considered for reimbursement. Only recent and future orders are eligible.
It’s entirely up to you! Some customers submit claims with every order placed, while others prefer to submit everything at the end of the year.
